Abstract
This study aims to produce teaching materials for blended learning based on scientific literacy (BL-SL) on the topic of Earths atmosphere. The research was conducted with research and development (R&D) method with ADDIE research design (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). Teaching materials were validated by three lecturers namely one media expert and two other concurrently material experts as well as media experts. The next validation was carried out by 20 teachers who validated the material and media aspects of teaching materials. The research subjects were class VII students as many as 28 people and four teachers as observers at SMPN 3 Cianjur. Data were collected using expert validation sheets, observation sheets, scientific literacy tests, and student response questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results of the development show that teaching materials BL-SL have a CVI (content validity index) value of 0.95 in the material aspect and 0.93 in the media aspect. The limited application of teaching materials BL-SL is obtained by N-gain scientific literacy of 0.65 with medium category. These results indicate that teaching materials for blended learning based on scientific literacy are quite effective to improve students scientific literacy.

Abstract
The development of information technology has become one of the measures in ranking the nations competitiveness. The success of technology integration in education comes primarily from curriculum content, learning processes, and the use of technology in education. A complex planning is needed in order to produce the output as expected, so in this case the domain of capability in technological knowledge content (TCK) known as Technological Content Knowledge is needed, especially in science material. This study aims to analyze the comparison of student TCK skills and test the effectiveness of learning through used technology which is digital web modules and Google classroom. The subjects of this study were 6th semester students to obtain learning outcome. This study was a quasi-experimental study. This study used two e-learning platforms, namely digital modules and Google Classroom, to compare learning outcomes and analyse their TCK abilities. The study showed that there were differences using digital module and using Google classroom by t- test. The use of digital modules further enhances cognitive learning outcomes than with Google classroom. The profil of TCK using digital module is better than using GC.
